Breathe better, have fun and be more active! A friendly, supportive class for people living with respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, and anyone wanting to improve their health and wellbeing. All fitness levels welcome; strength and cardio exercises in a safe, inclusive environment. Running weekly since 18 Feb 2026.
